Adult education and training are vital to the success and sustainability of any enterprises, just like it would be in any part of the world.
In Tanzania, it costs as little as £2.50 per person to provide a two-day seminar.
Most of the training workshops and seminars attended by over 600 villagers so far, have been made possible through the profits generated by a taxi service run by the Rural Women Development Association. This is one enterprising idea that is paying off and shows that Tanzanian Women do want to do it for themselves and by themselves.
